All online orders either packed & shipped at our eCommerce center, or drop shipped from one of our distributors distribution centers near you. Being located in the Midwest allows us to ship products to everyone across the U.S. in a very timely fashion and at a fair shipping cost.
Customer Support - We offer over the phone customer service Mon - Fri from 12pm - 5pm central time for online inquires. If you are local, phone support is available throughout the weekend at Gaming Generations locations. We do our very best to respond to emails within 24 hours.
